Agapé at Cleveland State and Tri C
Cleveland State and Tri C have commuter cultures - though Cleveland State is beginning to establish a larger resident community. At Cleveland State we have participated in the creation of a Multi-Faith Center (a first for Cleveland State) and through a partnership with The Office of Student Life and Resident Life, Agapé will seek to provide conversations on faith at the center and through resident life.
With the establishment of a new Tri C campus in Westlake, a conversation will begin this summer with some young adults interested in establishing an outreach to the campus. This will be in partnership with Prince of Peace Lutheran and other local congregations.
Tri C Conversations
Initial conversations with interested young adults from Prince of Peace Lutheran will take place over coffee during the summer of 2012.
Agapé is a community of faith celebrating a foundation rooted in the Episcopal and Lutheran Christian expressions and at the same time reflecting radical inclusivity to all who seek hope, love, belonging, a place to doubt, an opportunity to serve others, healing, challenge, communal relationships, a group of humans who desire to make a difference in this world, faith, dialogue, diversity, and a feast of friends.
