CONGREGATIONAL TOUR DATES AVAILABLE
Pastor Joe Kovitch is seeking opportunities to introduce Campus Ministry to interested congregations throughout the year. The goal of presentation is to bring an invitation to individuals, groups, congregations, and the synod for mission partnership. This partnership can come in the form of prayer, conversation, time, talents, and much needed financial support. Take the time to pray about how God is calling you in relation to this crucial ministry to our university students.
PASTOR JOE CAN SERVE IN ANY NUMBER OF CAPACITIES:
- Supply for worship in Word and Sacrament
- Share a “temple-talk” during worship
- Lead a Sunday School discussion or any related offering after worship
- Meet with a ministry team and /or a church council
- Share through preaching, teaching, conversation over coffee in the form of a powerpoint presentation or hand-outs followed up by a Q&A
- …Or any other way he can get the message out to your disciples
- TBD: We will seek to develop a student speakers offering as we share the good news of campus ministry
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE THIS IMPORTANT MINISTRY TO OUR LOCAL STUDENTS
- Join up as a member of our prayer team to pray for our ministry and students
- Add Campus Ministry at Cleveland State and beyond to your mission recognition
- Offer any time and talents as support, that is, “Do you have an interest to serve?”
- Prayerfully give much needed financial support:
- Take up a special monthly offering in worship
- Adopt this ministry in your annual budget as a mission offering
- Encourage individual support through special gifts
- Encourage any group or auxiliary to adopt our ministry through fundraisers
- Be creative in communicating special financial support from pennies to dollars
